- 900 g PreGel Maxima Universal Cake - 88411
- 100 g PreGel Five Star Chef Cacao Togo (Cocoa Powder) - 70148
- 430 g oil
- 400 g water
Method of Preparation
- Mix together all of the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
- Paddle everything together on medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Bake in a sheet pan or cake pan at 148°C/300°F for 20-40 minutes depending on size.
