- 50 g PreGel Maxima Crema Firenze Pastry Cream
- 100 g PreGel Maxima Bitter (Dark Chocolate) Cream - 62631

- as needed PreGel Chocolate CrumbOlé® (Chocolate Cookie Crumbles) - 64922
Method of Preparation
- Whip together heavy cream, PreGel Maxima Firenze Cream Mix and PreGel Maxima Bitter Cream in a stand mixer until combined and desired texture is reached, do not overmix.
- Fill premade doughnut with chocolate cream, dip the doughnut in PreGel Maxima White Chocolate Cream and sprinkle on PreGel Cocoa CrumbOle.
