  1. Whip together heavy cream, PreGel Maxima Firenze Cream Mix and PreGel Maxima Bitter Cream in a stand mixer until combined and desired texture is reached, do not overmix.
  2. Fill premade doughnut with chocolate cream, dip the doughnut in PreGel Maxima White Chocolate Cream and sprinkle on PreGel Cocoa CrumbOle.
