  1. Whip together heavy cream, PreGel Maxima Firenze Cream Mix and PreGel Maxima Classic Cream in a stand mixer until combined and desired texture is reached, do not overmix
  2. Fill premade doughnut with hazelnut cream, dip the doughnut in PreGel Maxima Hazelnut Cream (if desired drizzle Maxima Classic Cream on top) and sprinkle on PreGel Otto Caramel CrumbOle.
