- 50 g PreGel Maxima Crema Firenze Pastry Cream
- 100 g PreGel Maxima Classic (Chocolate Hazelnut) Cream - 69011

Method of Preparation
- Whip together heavy cream, PreGel Maxima Firenze Cream Mix and PreGel Maxima Classic Cream in a stand mixer until combined and desired texture is reached, do not overmix
- Fill premade doughnut with hazelnut cream, dip the doughnut in PreGel Maxima Hazelnut Cream (if desired drizzle Maxima Classic Cream on top) and sprinkle on PreGel Otto Caramel CrumbOle.
