Bubble Sugar
Instructions
  1. Spread PreGel Five Star Chef Magic Sugar between two silicon baking mats.
  2. Bake at 177°C/350°F until completely melted, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven; allow to cool enough to peel away from mats and shape into desired garnishes, or allow to cool completely, peel away from mats and break into flat pieces.
