Instructions
Mix all ingredients using the paddle attachment of a stand mixer for 4 minutes on medium speed.
Pour the mixture into muffin liners, filling them 3/4 of the way to the top.
Bake at 165oC/330oF for approximately 15-25 minutes.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on the oven and the mold.
