- 1 kg PreGel Maxima Muffin/Cake - 82111
- 150 g oil
- 450 g water
- as needed Blueberries (optional)
Method of Preparation
- Mix all ingredients using the paddle attachment of a stand mixer for 4 minutes on medium speed.
- Pour the mixture into muffin liners, filling them 3/4 of the way to the top.
- Bake at 165oC/330oF for approximately 15-25 minutes.
- Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on the oven and the mold.
