Method of Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients using the paddle attachment of a stand mixer for 4 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Pour the mixture into muffin liners, filling them 3/4 of the way to the top.
  3. Bake at 165oC/330oF for approximately 15-25 minutes.
  4. Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on the oven and the mold.
