- 300 g Campari®
- 360 g cabernet sauvignon wine
- 300 g fresh grapefruit juice
- 450 g fresh orange juice
- 6 leaves each fresh sage
- 300 g sparkling wine
- 225 g agave nectar
- 750 g water
- 2 g pink peppercorn
- 1 PreGel Base Allegra - Alcoholic Base - Hot/Cold Process - 302168
Method of Preparation
- Mix all ingredients for 2-3 minutes with an immersion blender.
- Strain.
- Pour into frozen dessert and beverage machine and freeze.
